VenomFlow — Solar Sales Automation
Solar Sales Automation · Built in Victoria

Your rep sells.
VenomFlow does everything else.

Done-for-you automation for Australian solar installers and retailers. A customer's bill goes in — a modelled, branded proposal comes out, and nothing in your pipeline goes cold while your team is on the tools.

Try it on a real bill  See the pipeline
Live demo — no meeting required

Upload a power bill. Watch what comes back.

  1. Upload any recent electricity bill — your own home's is perfect.
  2. Same business day — usually much faster — your inbox gets the full parse: retailer, tariff structure, usage profile, year-on-year change — and the supply address we never asked you for.
  3. Attached: a sample proposal built from that bill, the way it would look in your branding for your customer.

That email is the product. The same engine can sit behind your inbox, your CRM and your paperwork from the day we switch you on.

HOT TIPYour upload self-destructs. Demo bills are auto-deleted within 30 days — not "on request", on a timer. We handle personal information to Privacy Act 1988 / APP standard because a bill is someone's home address and habits, and mishandling it is a notifiable breach waiting to happen.

One demo per business — fair-use limits apply, because the demo runs the real engine. All figures in the returned analysis and sample proposal are indicative only and are not an offer or quote. Final system recommendations always require sign-off by a CEC-accredited installer on site.

How it works

Seven stages. Your team touches one.

Everything before and after the sales conversation runs on rails. Your rep does the two things a human should — the conversation and the system design.

1
Lead landsForm, inbox or phone note — captured instantly
2
Bill parsedUsage, tariff, YoY — straight off the PDF
3

4

5

6
Follow-up runsNo proposal dies of silence
7

automated by VenomFlow your team

HOT TIPStage 4 is human on purpose. An AI can't — and shouldn't — sign off a system design. Final specs stay with a CEC-accredited installer, which is exactly what NETCC expects and what keeps your accreditation off the line when a proposal gets audited.
The maths

What is manual admin costing you?

Loaded labour = wages + super + overheads. Excludes the upside of faster turnaround and zero dropped leads — deliberately conservative. Indicative only; we baseline your real hours at onboarding.

Manual admin is costing you about
$57,600 / year
Startersetup pays back in
Operatorsetup pays back in
Full Stacksetup pays back in

Payback based on hours removed per tier (45% / 65% / 85% of admin) less the monthly retainer.

HOT TIPThese numbers are deliberately conservative. We exclude revenue upside and round against ourselves, because the Australian Consumer Law treats inflated savings claims as misleading conduct. A calculator you can defend beats one that flatters.
Pricing

One setup fee. One monthly retainer. No seats, no software to learn.

STARTER

$2,500 setup
$300 / month
  • Electricity-bill parsing — usage, tariffs, year-on-year
  • Branded proposal generation with savings & battery modelling
  • Your pricing tables, your brand, your tone
MOST POPULAR

OPERATOR

$4,000 setup
$450 / month
  • Everything in Starter
  • Lead intake — enquiry to CRM to pipeline, automatically
  • Inbox monitoring — no lead sits unanswered

FULL STACK

$5,500 setup
$600 / month
  • Everything in Operator
  • EWR / DNSP workflow tracking — all five VIC distributors
  • STC claim workflow

Prices ex GST. 50% of setup upfront, balance at go-live. Month-to-month after the first three months — your data and a documented handover pack are yours on the way out, no lock-in.

HOT TIPNo lock-in is a compliance posture, not a discount. Data portability and a documented handover mean you're never hostage to your own pipeline — and your customer data is never mixed with anyone else's or used to train AI models. Ethical design is what makes it safe to rely on.
Who's behind it

Built by someone who lived the admin burden.

Eighteen years in the trades — builder, auto electrician — then running operations inside a Victorian solar retailer, where the nights disappeared into bill analysis, proposals, follow-ups and compliance paperwork. VenomFlow is the system I wished existed: practical, direct, and built for outfits of one to fifteen people, not enterprise software nobody asked for.

"If it doesn't save your business real hours in the first month, it shouldn't exist. We measure, and we show you."

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Keep your current tools. OpenSolar, your CRM, your STC agent — VenomFlow is the glue between them, not a replacement.

Your data stays yours. Isolated per client, never mixed, never used to train AI, deleted or returned within 30 days of exit.

No bus-factor bets. Documented handover pack from day one — any competent tech can pick it up.

Founding clients

First three VIC installers get founding-client setup pricing.

In exchange for an honest case study: your before/after admin hours, measured and published. Book a 20-minute walkthrough — bring a bill, leave with a proposal.

HOT TIPEvery figure keeps its receipt. Each number in a VenomFlow proposal traces back to the exact line on the customer's bill. If a regulator, a customer or your own conscience ever asks "where did that come from?" — the answer is a lookup, not a panic. And follow-up emails obey the Spam Act 2003: identified sender, real unsubscribe, no dark patterns.
Every estimate we produce is indicative until a CEC-accredited installer signs off on site — and every figure in a proposal traces back to the exact line on the customer's bill.
