Privacy Policy
Who we are
VenomFlow provides sales and admin automation to Australian solar installers and retailers. Our clients are businesses; in delivering services to them we handle personal information belonging to their customers. We operate to the standard of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- From our clients' systems, as directed by them: customer names, contact details, addresses, electricity bills (usage, tariffs, NMI), quotes and proposals, and related correspondence.
- From prospective clients: name, business details, contact information.
- Through the demo form on this website: your name, email, mobile, optional business name, and the electricity bill you upload. Demo uploads and form details are used only to produce your demo result and are deleted within 30 days.
Why we collect it
Solely to deliver the contracted services — bill analysis, proposal generation, lead management, and compliance workflow processing — and, for demo submissions, to send you your result and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell personal information, use it for unrelated marketing, or use it to train AI models.
How it's handled
Data is processed on Australian-hosted or reputable cloud services with encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to authorised personnel, and multi-factor authentication on all systems. Each client's data is kept separated from every other client's.
Your rights
If you are a customer of one of our clients, your relationship is with them — contact them first, and we will support their response. You may also contact us directly to access or correct information we hold, or to complain, using the details above. If unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Breaches
We maintain a data-breach response plan consistent with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and will notify affected clients without undue delay.
